You can use Our Animations only inside Second Life(R).
You can sell products that contain Animations only inside Second Life(R).
Distribution in any other virtual worlds or websites are strictly prohibited.

When you build Animations into your product, you must set permissions for animations as No Copy or No Transfer.
You can not distribute your products using Animations as full permission or Copy AND Transfer
.
You can not distribute Animations as animation (resell), poseball, AO, or HUD.

You can not share Animations with your friend, group, or anyone.
Only buyers posses the right to use Animation for their builds and products.

You can not distribute your products using Animations as gift under any circumstances.

You can not sell your products using Animations for under 35L$.(April 2016 update)

As we find infringements and violations, we shall file DMCA to Linden Lab.
Furthermore the person/account will be prohibited to enter my store and SIM, no update will be provided. (April 2016 update)

::UPdate:: My Dumbbell rack ver.1.2

Hello!

[HD]My Dumbbell rack has been updated.
Current version is 1.2.

From Ver.1.2, It will be much easier to attach props.
When you sit on the dumbbell rack, it pops up permission request dialog for attachment. Once you allow it will automatically attaches to you.

During this process it requires 2 extra prims to the land. If the land does not have 2 prims left, the rack will send props to your inventory just as the old version did. In this case you need to open your inventory and attach props manually.

One little modest update - Material.
If your viewer has material (normal and spec map) rendering and material enabled in your viewer setting, you can see little difference.

How to update

1. Rez the object on the surface upon the update server located at HD headquarter shop.
2. Once you rezzed the object on the right place, please touch update server and keep hold your left mouse button more than 2 seconds at close range.
3. You will receive update version of the product (If there is update). Please wait.
* In laggy situation it will take some time to deliver. Please take your time to wait.

*note *If someone is doing this update please wait until they get done.
Once you update, old version will be no longer in function.
We will send notice about update on the blog and group notes.

::UPdate:: HD WOOD BENCH ver.1.1

The WOOD BENCH I have released about a month ago, got some updates.

Feature change/update:

Added [GET ITEM] menu in [FRIEND] and [RELAX] menu.
By selecting this, you will receive transparent object(s) used in some animation in these sets.
Wear the item, It will become visible when matching animation selected. You will see a book in your hand when you do reading animation. You will see guitar or beer when you select sing or drink animation.
Thus you do not need to change objects to attach when you select different animations.

Due to this change, auto item giving feature is now disabled. When you select reading animation, it will not give you a book automatically. You need to select [GET ITEM] to get these objects.

Also "Item receiving animations" have been added. 3 different receiving anim for 3 different spots.

It is really not a bug or malfunction of the previous version so I will send you this update for those who willing to get this update.
If you wish to update your bench, please make a folder and put your avatar (account) name as folder name, put your bench into the folder and send the folder to hiko nino.
If the bench lacks original animation, I can not update your bench.

Script:
Engine part has been upgraded to XPOSE 4.0.
More add-on animations will be released in future. To install future add-ons to your bench, your XPOSE has to be upgrated to version 2.1 or later.

Animation:
SIT> •HeldShoulder •F>M•KneePillow　•Cuddle animations has been revised.

To receive update:
Please read through following *1 and *2 carefully then make a new folder with your avatar name, put your old bench in the folder and send it to Hiko nino.

Please do not send me bench object as is. I can not tell which object came from who if you do so. Thus it makes me hard to update or fix issues of each bench individually. So please make a folder and name it as your avatar name, put your bench into the folder and send it to me.

There was an another update in June of 2009. It was an update for sculpted prims and textures.
That update has been sent to all who purchased the bench prior that time as new bench object, 2 new animations and scripts inside the object.
To make this update work, users need to transfer the contents (animations, scripts and setting note cards) from old bench to new one manually. Without doing this, new bench will give you error due to the lack of animations from old bench.

Therefore still I get some inquiries that new bench is broken by mistaken that update was totally new package.
For this time upgrade, please make sure the content of the bench is fully loaded. I just can not upgrade yours if you send me that previous add-on without installing old contents.

I will have to disregard if I receive the bench with just "42 Single A" and "43 Single B" animations inside of the bench.
Since it is just an add-on I have sent, it is not the full package you have purchased.

If you still have old Version 1 bench and have not updated, still you can send me your version 1 bench and I will be happy to update yours. Though I will update only if there is no lack of animations from original bench without exceptions.

When I receive the bench folders for upgrade, it is considered senders have been read through this note and agreed.

Upgrade::THE CAMPER SERIES

I have remade toolbox/noodlestand/easel/painting camper series with sculpted prims.
Reduced numbers of prims a lot.

Added LANGUAGE option to menu.
If you select Japanese, both Japanese and English chat message will be displayed to user.

For exsiting owners who wish to receive updates:

I have sent update to you already if you have purchased copy-able versions prior to Feb 2009. *1
If you have purchased after Feb 2009, please use update ticket. *2

If you have purchased transfer-able version,
Create a new folder, rename the folder to be your avatar name, puts your camp item into it then please send the folder to hiko nino.
If you just send me object itself, it will be hard for me to distinguish which object sent by whom. Worst case I can not support you if the object has been damaged, or have some issues with animations/scripts if you just sent me the object without folder.
So it is very important to have your avatar name for the folder when you send me for updates. Thank you for understanding.

Load appropriate animation height set from the menu.
-if your avatar sinking under the ground surface, try to load smaller size (SS or S) than M .
-if your avatar floating above the ground surface, try to load bigger size (LL or L).

- If the AO vendor for single animation indicates the pose as (5size), you will receive all size variations of the animation when you purchase.
Please use proper size for your shape, and set it up with your AO attachments.

There is a small update for HD VINTAGE BATHTUB.
Only scripts update.

Fixed the water surface issue that you might see oversized waters when you rez the bath as Water-Drained state.
*In old version you can fix it manually by touching the water surface if it happens.

Now waters will be automatically drained if 6 hours past since it rezzed, and if there is no avatar within 5m.
*If BATHTUB is empty, no censor will be activated.

If you see some particle errors (does not update, rez, etc), it will be fixed by re-rezzing.
*If you still see the problem, please try to drain/pour water to the bath.

If you have these issues, I will trade new version to your old version.

To do this, put your bath to the folder named as your avatar, and send the folder to Hiko nino.

*Please note I can not send you update if the avatar name is unknown.
** Also note I can not update if animations or scripts inside the bath is missing.

We sent the patch file for UPGRADE to the past purchaser.

In the ver.2 that We send you, only additional animations and already set-up scripts are included.
Plz transfer only the animations from the old bench you purchased.

plz put your new & old bench into a folder with your avatar name(full name)

Plz do not send only the benches, many customers sending me same named products will creat confusion

UPGRADE::HD male -cutesy- AO pack Vew.2.1

We've added the male AO-cutesy-pack ver.1 to the ver.2 which we updated last February and then released both of them together as ver.2.1.

We don't believe that there are any inferior animations in the ver.2 compare with the ver.1.
We never remake it to make lesser for 'upgrade'. It's meaningless.

However we've got a review by a customer ''I don't believe it's fair what the creator of this ao is doing. Ver.2 should have been listed separately and the votes and reviews for the ver.1 should not be applied to it'' and received an amended 1 star rate came down from 5 stars.

Regrettably, some people feel that the ver.1 is better than the ver.2. Moreover they believe that we use good valuations of the ver.1 by them to sell the ver.2.

We don't know which ver.2 animation is worse than ver.1 animation.
We had no idea that there was a reason customers who had left positive evaluations for the ver.1 now give us a worse evaluations for the ver.2 and on the contrary we expected that customers who left negative evaluations for the ver.1 would leave new positive evaluations for the ver.2.

Actually we can make more profit when we sell them separately, as different items.

We were only feeing demerits to sell it as 'ver.2'.

Of course evaluations should come from customers, not from us, but we just want to tell you that we had never created something totally different as 'upgrade' to make money with some good evaluations by customers.

So we decided to add all the ver.1 anims/poses into ver.2.1 to let these positive evaluations fair.
There are no risks for us.
We just upgraded it, they are exact same items for us.

Customers who purchased the ver.2 can receive the ver.1 with the UPGRADE ticket.

Incicentally we added CrounchWalking into it.
